If you are interested in hosting a chess-related event, we would be more than willing to become affiliated with your event and help out with supplies and other aspects that need overseeing. If the event is a fundraiser, we may request a small portion of the funds raised, depending on our level of involvement in the event.

If you wish to only rent out equipment, a rental fee of $10 per board per day and $5 per clock per day may apply.

Meetings are held in the lounge across from the bookstore. The below images show the approximate location of our meetings.
