Each booth space is a 6′-wide table. You will have roughly an hour before the event to set up your space, and approximately an hour and a half afterwards for teardown. You can apply for a booth here; submissions will close at noon on Friday, May 13th, and you will hear back with your assigned table information on Saturday, May 14th.
Drexel alumni and non-Drexel student groups will receive a $15 discount
Drexel student groups will receive a $25 discount

Are we allowed to sell games or merchandise at our booth?
Yes, you are welcome to sell your games/merchandise at the event! We are currently checking on whether any paperwork will be required or if there are any special guidelines, so if you are planning on selling things, please be sure to mark that down on your submission so that we can contact you if needed.
What is the space like?
The conference is being held in a large ballroom-like space. It will be split into two areas; one for speaker sessions throughout the day, and one for the expo booths.
Is this the first year that you have done this event?
Yes, this is the first year we are holding the Drexel Games Conference. Please be patient with us while we work out any unexpected issues and bumps along the way!
