In this interactive workshop, you will learn about different components of an academic job offer that can be negotiated, basic negotiation strategies, and a number of important resources that can be used in the process. Through role-playing and follow up discussions, you will have an opportunity to practice negotiating your first academic job offer, which could be a postdoc or faculty position.
