Biography:  

Bill has almost 30 years of experience in the power generation and power delivery business.  He has worked in the role of maintenance supervisor, plant engineer, project engineer, design engineer, business development and project manager.  Bill has been employed by industrial co-generation facilities, testing and commissioning firms, equipment manufacturers and architectural/engineering (A/E) companies.  Bill is currently the senior project manager for the Power Delivery business of Black & Veatch in the Wilmington, DE office.  He lives in Hockessin, DE, is a graduate of the University of Delaware, and he is a licensed professional engineer in four (4) states.
